What is your major there? I go to an art school for Media Arts/Animation. Going for rigging and 3D animation. I take an interest in costume making, but I don't know the first thing about doing correct sewing work and pattern making.
My major was concept art at Otis. I've graduated now and do prop fabrication full time - not at all what I went to school for lol! Rigging and animation is a great field, good riggers are always in demand.
Oh nice. Haha, yeah I don't know what is in store for me after I graduate. I would like to hope I stick with rigging and animating, but I have a feeling I might along the line get into a more graphic design type of thing because I enjoy creating posters, CD covers, logos that sort of stuff. I do enjoy doing the rigging and animating though, so I'm sure that will be my main line of work with tiny graphic design projects on the side for just extra. That's cool that you got into something else though that requires your skills even if it wasn't originally what you went there for lol
Nice armor. love the colors and concept. I remember vaguely reading about Hel, but I don't remember her whole story. I know more about Greek mythology than I do Norse. Nose seems interesting though, so might read up on it.
I really like this! you used great colours and I love the armor with the fur and gold but there is one thing I miss tho, just for a tip you could use runes as tattoos and detail in weapons and armor. runes was used to protect and strengthen like "magic" and could really put the the whole norse in your characters ^^
